My Approach

 

As a holistic psychotherapist, I offer a deeper approach to psychology — integrating higher levels of awareness to encompass your entire being. I incorporate all of the techniques I know to guide you in the connection of mind, heart, body, and spirit. By utilizing all four of these aspects of the human experience, you are more able to overcome obstacles and challenges in your life and to thrive. In every person all the answers are already there, they simply need to be revealed.

I utilize my holistic and integrative perspective to my practice in Transformative Therapy, Transformative Therapy includes transpersonal psychology, guided Imagery, hypnotherapy, and somatic emotional therapy, while also encompassing the idea that each individual has untapped power and potential. 

My goal is to help you develop a sense of your own power and identity, while improving the relationships in your life. We work together to translate your inspirations and ideas into action that makes your life everything you dream it can be. I am your teacher, your guide, your coach, and your cheerleader. And at all times, I am here entirely for you and always on your side.
